Deposits

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• A deposit is required to secure all bookings and will be deducted from your final balance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

• Deposit credits may be used to reschedule once only.

No-Shows

• No-show appointments with no communication will result in your deposit being forfeited and you will be unable to make future bookings.

LATE POLICY

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment to allow for setup and ensure your service runs on time.

• Late arrivals may require adjustments to the booked service. If your requested look cannot be completed due to time constraints, the responsibility lies with the client.
